I ordered a Miele dishwasher on 4th March from stock, with a promise of delivery within 10 days. After numerous excuses as to why they couldn't deliver the dishwasher, Trade Appliances agreed to a refund on 30th April. On 10th May, we have still not received a refund on our credit card. I chased again, and I was told the refunds department was busy, they couldn't refund to a credit card and they would send a cheque in the post.
Now claiming through the Credit card company.
What a shower!
