Good Points
Bought on sale at Best Buy. Wanted to record, de-click and de-pop old LP records. Looks like it works OK with CD ripping, etc.

Bad Points
It is horrible trying to work with a turntable or any other analog signal going into the sound card on the pc. Incredibly bad Customer service. If you need any kind of help FORGET IT. I spent an hour on hold with their support phone number, only to be told it is NOT a support number. Then I was pitched for new software. Then told to go to their ONLINE CHAT. There was no such thing (on-line chat) anywhere on their website. Multiple calls, no answer.

General Comments
I have several other applications that Magix could possibly help me with... but because of their lousy customer service I would not touch them with a 10 foot pole. Please, avoid them like the PLAGUE!
