Good Points

I flew to Alicante. Flight was on time. Went with a party of 5, and I am a very nervous flyer I wanted to sit together but when we checked in they said they were no seats left. So when we boarded I had to sit in the middle row with my to kids 6 and 12, it left a spare seat on my row. The other 2 passengers I was with were at the other end of the plane. The seat configuration was a 2 4 2. Take-off was good. Not like flying I was on edge and was bored stiff as I didn't have anyone to talk to, as my kids had their headsets on. Half way into the flight I noticed there at least 20 empty seats at the front of me so I asked if I could move to be with my party plus my 6 year old wanted to sit near the window. We all moved to sit together and I enjoyed the rest of the flight. How did the girl in check in miss 20 spare seats or more?


Bad Points

Staff at checked were not helpful in my opinion. Wanted to sit together but told we couldn't, and my son wanted a window seat. But told there wasn't any. Boarded the plane realised half way through the flight the plane was half empty at the front. On the way back I bought my son a Thomson Fly plane, with it been late at night I put all my stuff I'd bought in another bag with a zip on so they couldn't fall out. Next morning my son wanted his plane so I untied the bag to get the plane out and there were no plane so I paid £10 for nothing.


General Comments

The plane was clean, comfy, air crew were friendly, the Captain kept us informed through the flight. I would happily fly with Thomson Fly again.
