When it worked it was fabulous
Bad Points
Lack of service and interest and my inability to use recently added credit.
General Comments
I used MP3 Sugar for nearly a year without problem. Then suddenly (and suspiciously) after crediting my account with 30 pounds I am unable to download music. The home page comes up no problem, and occasionally lets me sign in, but a couple of clicks later and it's jammed up and useless.
I have sent many messages to the support email with no luck. They insist everything is fine. Clearly not.
