Good interior and exterior styling. Plenty of room for other passengers, dogs, tents, shopping etc. Very powerful car with good handling and economical on fuel consumption.
Read on, there are plenty...
The Renault Megane 1.9dci Privilege is by far the worst car I have ever owned, and I can honestly say that I will never buy another Renault. I have owned this car for only 14 months and have already paid out a grand total of £3,400 in repairs and parts. The car was fine for the first 6 months and then I took it to the garage as I thought the clutch needed replacing (couple of hundred pounds....maybe). 10 days later and the car was returned to me with a new clutch, new starter motor, new gear box plus quite a few hours hard work by the mechanic. So I thought that would be it.......how wrong! Now both the drivers side and passenger side window mechanisms have packed in, as has the rear windscreen wiper. £200 a piece for the window mechanisms. Need I go on any more? My suggestion is........leave well alone!
