The hotel is amazing. I went with my fiance for my 21st birthday and loved every single minute of it. The waiter in the restaurant was really nice and always happy. The food was brilliant. Such a wide variety, something for everyone. The bar staff were really funny and made our evenings good fun. The hubbly bubbly Pipe Rooms were a brilliant place to chill out and relax after your dinner. Even little Mohammad, the lad that sells roses every night, is a funny little character. The water slides were brilliant fun and I spent most of the days there. They were free so it was brilliant. The rooms are cleaned every single day and always spotless. The maid was really friendly and would make swans out of towels and put them on the bed. She would also put fresh flowers on the bed every day. There is such a wide variety of people that go to the hotel, which was nice. The animation team were good as well as a bit strange sometimes but funny. Look out for the Ronaldhino look-alike.
One man at the reception is so arrogant and ignorant. He was the only bad thing about the hotel. He is a middle aged man, you will know him as soon as you see him. My advise would be to go to any of the other reception staff, they are all friendly.
You can not go anywhere without somebody trying to sell you something. You just have to be firm and tell them no from the start and they do get the message.
I would recommend Skanes Houda to anyone. Brilliant fun and great value for money.
