Good brands, and a wide range of items, especially as they have been taken over by Littlewoods.

General Comments
Their buy now pay later is crazy. You agree terms, and when the time comes to pay, they give you less time to pay. Then they can never adjust it and land you with charges of £15, which they also cannot remove. And this goes on forever and ever. It leaves you are frustrated because no-one can ever help you. I cannot wait to clear the account. They also switched you onto an account that does not give you commission when you have had it for 6 years.
Grattan or Look Again are better than Kays, as they have really good customer services and never land you with excessive charges.
