-volume too quiet for use on the highway


General Comments

I got this phone for free, in fact I made money off of the rebates to take it, and I wish I had paid to have a decent phone. The battery/software problem is definetly a problem and after a few months the battery lasts less than two days with normal use. The reception is not good although this may have to do with the phone service. It has a very plastic feel to it and feels with it will break when dropped. However, my biggest complaint is the volume on the earpiece is too low even when turned up all the way to hear while in a crowded area or even driving on a highway. That said, this phone does have nice features to it, but they are really nothing special compared to what other phones on the market offer. Shop around and I am sure you can find a much better phone for the same price or a little more.
