The salesman was friendly, and good on timekeeping.
The fitter was excellent, skilled and hard working - works as a sub-contractor in spite of salesman saying "we don't use sub-contractors".
Bad Points
Salesman left details of fridge and freezer vents in worktop from spec., but charge made, not yet fitted. Roll-back worktop we wanted was quoted as "very expensive", but no separate price was given. This has not been supplied, and it's now 4 weeks since the job started. We have a large hole above our drawers waiting for this. Phone calls to office never answered, messages left, and calls never returned.
Salesman's mobile phone now gone "unobtainable".
Salesman took credit card details as a guarantee in case of non-payment on completion, with cheque to be written on completion of job. Credit card was debited the day the job started, and it has left us with no say in case of problems, which we now have.
General Comments
The only good thing about the job was the skill of the fitter. The cupboard doors and worktop are good, but we could have bought them from B&Q for a fraction of the cost that we paid Kitchen Facades.
