Good Points

Professional and reliable.

Bad Points

You used to be able to call your bank manager direct, but this is now routed through a call centre, who will put you through to them if they cannot help. I find that irritating, as there is no continuity.

General Comments

We've been with Barclays business for 6 years, and we have found them to be professional, attentive and willing at every level. They know what they're talking about, and they deliver. They may not have the greatest of offerings for new businesses, but it's a bank you can rely on.
