The price. But that is no use if you don't get the service!!!!
Bad Points
The whole operation. No item delivered to me after over 1 month and no response to e-mails. Not very helpful over the phone and promise call backs which I never received.
General Comments
Parcels2Go is terrible and I urge you not to use them. I arranged for them to collect some alloy wheels for me and they have still not delivered them after collection to my address. They have now been sent back to the senders address.
I am currently writing a letter of complaint and will be taking my complaint to trading standards if I do not receive a satisfactory result soon.

I urge you to go straight to Trading Standards.
Don't bother with complaint, they do not respond, I have been chasing this company for 3 months over their incompetent action.
They lose one box (value in excess of £1,000 rrp, other box opened and stuff missing.
