As ongoing claim, time will tell.
Have to repeat the same details to all the different company's dealing with the claim, none of whom speak to each other it would seem.
You would think that as this is their business, Post Office Car Insurance would have a system for sharing information with the relevant parties, in a standardised format, but there is little evidence of organisation.
