General Comments

Sky Sports is Great when it works, well worth the money. Mine doesn't. Sky have fobbed me off for 3 years. If I want to watch all available matches my team feature in, I have no option but to have Sky. Because of this, they have you by the proverbials and don't care. I had a new box fitted Saturday, Man U are playing Milan tonight, I have no signal, yet again. The box has conked, yet again.
Woe betide anyone who has a problem installation. They will charge you a fortune to tell them about each and every problem, and if you don't go through the whole process each and every time, you have no proof that anything has gone wrong.
It is a search and a half for the address for the complaints dept.
All Sky directors are listed by home address on 192.com. Write to them. Keep writing to them. If we all do it, they will get annoyed.
