I liked this book because it also has a movie that goes with it and it is always easier to understand a book when you can watch it live. This book was interesting and it makes you want to read until the ending. It was also good to read because it has to do with teenagers growing up and making decisions.
Bad Points
The only bad thing was that it explained things way to much.
General Comments
It was an exciting book to read. The movie is going to be even better because its always great to watch something that you read in a book and you get to see the characters for what they look like and you get to see how they act and what they really sound like. Even though it is an old movie and an old book those kinda of things are still happening today so it always great to read old things and compare them to today. I wouldn't read it again just because its on of those books that you only have to read once because it will only excite you for the first time that you read it if you keep on reading it it will probably bore you because you know what is going to happen and what the boys end up doing in the end. I would watch the movie maybe more then once just because movies are more exciting because you get to see the characters and watch it live instead of reading it. Some parts were boring because it did blab on about too much information that you don't really need to know but other then that it was good. Even though there was swearing in the book, that didn't bother me at all because it is making it more real because teenage boys do really swear. But yeah it was a good book and if you haven't read it before i would tell you to give it a shot.
