Their online store is lousy. I ordered a few items for my wife to take as gifts to Japan.
A few arrived within a week. After a few more days I was concerned, so I contacted them, and then after 24 hours they finally decided to tell me they could not ship the remainder as it was not in stock.
Not really much good to my pregnant wife, who then had to rush around on the day of her flight to buy more gifts.
Even though I will continue to shop in the London store, I will never waste my time using their online store again.
Also, the Burberry golf gloves I received from Harrods had crumpled packing and looked like a return item.
