Very well organised, and prompt when taking your initial order.

Everything, after you have signed the contract and paid up front.
General Comments
I will never use Moben or recommend them again. I am still waiting to get my kitchen finished, which should have been finished in February 2007, and it is now May. I have been patient, I have been angry, I have been understanding - but nothing works - I am still being made to wait.
The initial installation, which was never finished, was so poor, most of the kitchen needs replacing, but it has just been a long tedious process to get it done. Head Office are completely uninterested and never keep their promises to phone you back. They are happy to plod along at their own pace. Well, I am sorry, but 3 months to fit a small kitchen is totally unacceptable, especially as you have to pay up front - now we know why!!!
I have now had to seek advice from a Solicitor, and my only course of action to get them to finish the kitchen is to serve a "time of the essence" notice, which is what I am now going to do.
