Overall Rating
- Value for money

It's good to have if you want to buy something quite expensive but can't afford to pay for it all at once. You can then just pay bits off when you do have the cash.
Bad Points
The customer enquiries line isn't great. It's automated and when I try to ring up it asks me to put in the last 3 digits of my house number, but I don't have a house number and never gave them one so it's impossible for me to ring and check my balance.
Late payments are charged at £12.
General Comments
I managed well for a while with my Topshop card, but am now really struggling with it.
As I said in the 'bad points' I can't pay my bill over the phone, I have to go in store and pay for it. These payments take about 7 days to register, so a lot of the time my payments are received late and I'm charged £12, on top of that payment.
The card is a good idea IF you are able to stay on top of it, I thought I'd be able to because I was lured in by the "£4 a month" payments, but doing it that way meant that I ended up paying a lot more. My bill is now about £150 and I've been paying it off for about 6 months, I'll be paying it off until the end of year definately.
