Bad Points

I have had multiple American Express Cards including the Platinum Card. The Service is horrible. Avoid at all costs. The company deals with long time loyal customers in a dishonest manner.

I have had multiple American Express Cards including the Platinum Card. The Service is horrible. Avoid at all costs. Why would anyone pay for such poor service or for the right to use their travel services, when they are already profiting from it.
