Good Points
The location of the Dar Hayet Hotel is excellent, right on the beach and a beautiful stroll into the town centre.
The hotel is beautiful inside, with a pillared marble lobby and a truly intimate feel. The restaurant only offered a set meal but it was always different, tasted divine and provided ample opportunity to sample high quality local cuisine.

Bad Points
The service could be a little hit and miss but I think this was because it was low season with a skeleton staff. When you do find someone to assist you the staff cannot do enough to help.

General Comments
I would recommend this hotel to friends, family and people I generally bump in to. I would not stay for more than a week or ten days as there is not a great deal to do once you have seen Hammamet town centre but there are a wide array of tours around Tunisia.
