Good Points
Super simple to use (if your brain hasn't been "Windows-washed") small, thin, takes-up only a "minimum" of space. Wireless is built-in for networking, keyboard, mouse, PDA, phone etc. A lot of great software comes with the computer. Newer models have multiple core processors for even greater speed with less power consumption and heat generation. Plus a built-in camera for web casts, video conferencing, etc.
Bad Points
A LITTLE more expensive (but, I'm worth it!) Not as many software titles and games (not into games) Internet Sevices are more limited, as is hardware
General Comments
A great computer, the best I've owned yet, (I have had 5 macs so far). As I said above, there are fewer software titles for the Mac but the ones that are available are among the best and most of them come with the Apple Mac. The "newer" models mave an "Intel" processor so you can install "Windows" on the computer and run it natively (without an emulator like "virtual pc") as well as the Mac OS (so, if you already have a large software investment in Windows this will make the transition easier) in all the time I've owned Macs, I've never had the kinds of problems my "Windows PC" friends have had - lost "drivers/devices", viruses, "crashing" etc. Plus, with this latest Mac I got a little suprise, when we needed to share a cable modem connection, We only needed to plug-in a "wireless' router and my Mac automatically found the transmitter and "poof!", I had a wireless "internet connection" and I didn't have to do a thing! I love this Mac!!!
