Good Points

Fantastic Crew - best in the business! I fly regularly on business and pleasure, and both crew on the two sectors of this flight were attentive, friendly, genuine and helpful (not to mention putting a bit of glamour back in the skies - very well groomed with very nice uniforms).

Bad Points

On such a long flight i did get a bit of cabin fever, and would have liked a seat-back TV - however I know Thomsonfly are installing these and will be found on all of their long haul routes from May - I will most certainly be back!

General Comments

Thomson Fly went through a bad patch of not really knowing what sort of airline they were, but I'm glad to say they're on the right path now! Fantastic crew, who made the journey enjoyable - they were better in-flight entertainment than the TV!! They have a great life and it shows! I will most certainly use Thomson Fly again and am eager to see their upgraded cabins for long haul from May.
