Good clear screen and nice slide action.
Bad Points
Over complicated menus, not user friendly.
General Comments
After using this phone for over a year I cant bear it anymore and have changed back to my old Nokia.I find any task overly complicated to carry out,eg saving a phone number sent by text or anything to do with navigating around the menus. Appearance is good but software lets it down big time. First and last Samsung. Fit for the bin!!

I agree with this review because...I too find it user unfriendly and very sensitive to touch having made accidental calls when not touching keys, no I don't like this phone.
