Bad lending decisions, when they realise they pull back back without warning as if they own the bank. Nothing good just bad points only, however online banking is good
I have had a business account with HSBC for over 3 years now - my turnover is over million pound. I have found they change bank managers every time you build a relationship with one, they either leave or get promoted leaving you in situation where you have to develop your relationship again and again. In three years I have had four managers and this current one is young kid who has no clue what corporate banking means just a kid with power tool in his hand.
