Good Points

1st-Air.net promised the best price in the industry for three Business Class tickets to Fiji.

Bad Points

1st-Air required an upfront $1500/ticket deposit 7 months before the departure date. After 20+ phone calls over the 7 month period, I finally received the tickets 3 days before my trip. One was electronic and two were paper. When I returned from the trip, I discovered that 1st-Air had overcharged the amount I had authorized by almost $5000. Of course, I immediately disputed it. However, even though I provided the original authorization form containing the total authorized amount, American Express was unable to correct the overcharge on my account because the initial $1500/ticket deposit was over 6 months old.

General Comments

Beware of 1st-Air!

Mr. Hart We never make absolute promises regarding cost, such as 'the lowest prices in the industry." that you posted. With airlines fares always on the move, we build our business on a combination of service and pricing but not price alone. I am always interested in resolving any issues that any customer many have. I look forward to your reply. I believe you have my e-mail
