I got my renewal letter with time to shop around


Bad Points

Price rise (nearly double year on year)


General Comments

I got my motorcycle insurance renewal letter through earlier this week, and the price had gone up from £420 to £780, despite me having another year of no claims bonus. I rang Carole Nash Insurance, and all they said was that the price was about right!! I tried another company, who had not heard of before, but they did it for £355, fully comprehensive on both bikes. Amazingly, the new broker still placed the cover with Equity Red Star; the same company I was with last year with Carole Nash, and the same company they were quoting me with this year. Big thumbs up to the new broker (Peart); big thumbs down to Carole Nash Motorcycle Insurance.
