Bad Points

After not making a claim in 5 years on any pet insurance, and our dog not showing signs of any symptoms, our dog showed signs of a skin condition, so our vets suggested getting a blood test. This returned a positive result to an allergy to beef and an excess of yeast in the skin.

General Comments

Tesco Pet Insurance would not pay out, saying it was a pre existing condition, but the condition was never diagnosed originally. Our dog had been treated for a bite with pirotin, and this fact was twisted into an excuse for them not to pay.
