I booked a holiday for November to Australia but had to cancel for a fare costing £2300 they are charging £1000 to cancel even the operator thought this was over the top beware of this company.

I dont feel this firm was worth the money I payed, my hol 4 oct is now being advertised at 700 pounds less for exact replica and as far as I am aware they couldn't care less. they have 800 pound deposit they wont even upgrade to bed and breakfast without charging loads extra as far as I am aware.
