Good Points

Regular flights with HLX and they are extending their travelling to different destinations, prices are typically OK to good. Obviously they throw taxes on top of that and reserving seats is extra etc. so the price typically climbs. The aircraft are reasonably new and the seats are pretty well spaced out. Etix also available so you can print your boarding card from home.


Bad Points

The air crew are more for holiday flights, rather than short haul flights. I feel whenever I am on their flights I am going on holiday, which in a way is OK but when I am travelling for business it's a bit strange. Food costs a lot of money on their flights, you don't get anything for free like on other airlines like Air Berlin etc.


General Comments

Generally Hapag Lloyd are an OK airline as far as cheap airlines go. Not exceptional but they seem to be able to move people quickly from one place to another.
