Good Points

Good choice of equipment and range.
The website is laid out in an easy to use manner. Ticks all the right boxes. Shame about customer service though...


Bad Points

My machine broke down about a year ago, and I'm still waiting for it to be fixed. Lots of emails have gone unanswered, and calls to head of complaints get the response "will call you back". Did I ever get one call or email? No. I have been in touch with Keys Fitness in America, who are helping to fix the machine.


General Comments

Most electrical appliances are fairly reliable nowadays, but when something goes wrong, you expect to get it fixed within a reasonable time frame. The most disappointing situation a customer can be in is when a supplier ignores you or just plainly fobs you off with a series of excuses. This separates the successful retailer from the average or poor, and results in excellent customer loyalty and feedback. It's a shame that I can't give any good feedback for Keys Fitness. I am aware I am not the only one in this situation.

If you're looking for fitness equipment that's reliable and well-built, then there are lots of other online stores that can provide the same equipment at similar prices. In fact, I bought a York cross trainer from Simply Fitness. It was slightly cheaper, and it arrived within days.

    Hi there. I work for Gymworld. This is very disappointing to read but to be expected. Our customer service team at the time was pretty diabolical and you'll be glad to know they've all been fired. Our standards are very high these days as we know how important online reviews are, and we don't want to disappoint any of our customers in any way, whether they bought something last week or four years ago. Also, we don't sell the Keys Fitness Cardio equipment any more as its sometimes dificult to get parts from the USA. Nearly all of our current lines are from UK based manufacturers who are easier to contact and get parts from. I hope this helps.
