The Halifax Share Dealing system is very unreliable


General Comments

On the 7th September 2006 I placed a stop loss Trade Plan for XXXX shares to sell, and I was charged a £2.00 administration fee. On the 8th September 2006, I then amended the Trade Plan which I had placed on the 7th September 2006 to a lower sell price. I was charged another £2.00 administration fee.

When reviewing the details, the plan had not been amended, but the charge still stood. So my shares were sold at the original stop loss price.

The Halifax Share Dealing system has sold my shares when that was not my intention, on two occasions. And the crazy system even bought shares when I was clicking on the button to update the share price.

If you want to keep hold of your money, find a more reliable share dealing service.
