Good Points

The food selection for adults was better than I expected. The spa treatments were good and worth the money. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly. The mini-club was OK.


Bad Points

The food selection for kids wasn't great. No-one really gave you any information about the hotel's facilities, you kind of had to find your own way round and work everything out for yourself.


General Comments

I wasn't really expecting too much from the Yasmine Beach Hotel once I'd booked my holiday for two reasons, firstly I didn't pay very much and secondly, because of some quite bad reviews that I read. However, I am very pleased to say that my experience was totally different to the ones that I read about on Review Centre. My room was fine. Not 5 star but it was clean. I didn't have to ask for a thing! The food was different everyday and the desserts were fantastic. The mini club was available from 10-12 and 3-5. Leaving my child in their hands, I felt totally safe. Kyo, who ran the mini club was a lovely guy. He did his best to keep them entertained but obviously didn't have any budget to do what you might expect a holiday club to do in the UK. What else can I say? The staff were all very charming. There was evening entertainment every night. It might not suit everyone's taste but you can't please everyone. OK, so it may not have been a 5* hotel, as advertised, but you won't get 5* and pay so little, get real! I wouldn't go there again because I like to go to different places but if you want a quick and cheap getaway, 1 week is enough, 2 weeks would bore me, then I would recommend it.
