EVERYTHING! Starting 2 months ago I tried refinancing with a credit score over 700 and income above $120,000. Every time I talked to them, there was a new reason the loan was "questionable". They're sitting happy as long as I have a prepayment penalty with a bad interest rate. They won't get that interest for long as soon as I can find a new loan.
Another reason HSBC are bad - they charged me $60 for someone I did not authorize to pull my pay off information and told me there was no other way for someone to get my info unless I gave it to them. I guess identity theft has never happened to them before.
And their customer service, people skills is bad that is if you can ever get someone on the phone.
