Slap dash, disinterested, customer service hopeless.


General Comments

We waited 40 minutes to be picked up from the airport. Had to call three times before we found anyone who could understand what we were saying. We could have walked there and back by the time someone came to get us.

On arrival at the car park they had lost all details of our car, which made us think it had been booked under the wrong name and the wrong date. After ten minutes the Airport Tavern offered us a cup of coffee whilst someone went to find it. The coffee never arrived, finally the car did, covered in mud from being left in a field somewhere. From arrival at Bristol Airport to being able to drive away took nearly two hours!
