Nippy, budget price.
Lack of space, customer service, locking system a little unpredictable.
Apart from the problem with customer service that you've all already hit upon (after making a genuine complaint about my dealer, they forwarded my name & phone number to him along with my complaint...he gave me a nasty return call).
I have no massive problems with the Nissan Micra 1.2 S, it is my first car and bar a few small problems, seat jamming, boot lock breaking, there has been no massive problem. And all of these problems were promptly repair by a dealer (not the same one who made the nasty call).
