Snacks in cellar bar - good value - tasted lovely
Bad Points
They were showing potential brides/grooms round on my wedding day. I had to stop as I was entering the hall to get married. I did not feel special, and I felt like an intruder. Left in haste the morning after the wedding - they were not willing to take my complaint seriously.
General Comments
Peckforton Castle in Cheshire is in a lovely location. Unfortunately, the customer service and management, in my experience, was bad.
