Excellent business skills and ethics learned. Good view of what real world business is all about and always manages to give important business messages.
Bad Points
I believe this show is more about giving Alan Sugar the opportunity to do what he does best: talk down to people, take every opportunity to give derogatory remarks, base all judgments on his huge ego, and exemplify himself as being the ultimate and best decision maker there has ever existed. (by the way, he was the one who hired the last Apprentice, and a few months later had to FIRE her! not great judgment, is it??).
General Comments
The Apprentice should centre around the excellent business messages, rather than a money-minded Alan Sugar who considers himself the absolute best at quite simply anything you put to him. His success is without a doubt impressive and his intelligence is not doubted, but he should stop making the show all about himself, and learn how to talk in perhaps a more civilized and professional manner. As much as he wants it to be, the show is NOT about someone who has made it in life; but about developing a business acumen and passing-on valuable messages.
