    Good Points

    Free checkbook! But that is the only good thing about US Bank.


    Bad Points

    A lot of fees.


    General Comments

    I have had a bad experience like other guys. I made 1 overdraft, but I was charged a fee 2 times. I had to email for the explanation. They said "sorry for the confusion" and told me that I was charged the 2nd time because some gas stations run $1.00 for credit authorization. What the heck? I don't drive! I don't care whatever it is, because I did not make that transaction. It took days for U.S. Bank to reply to my email. Guess what? They charged me $7.00 each day, for the negative balance while I was waiting to clear the confusion and to resolve the 2 times charge fee problems. So, the $31.00 I originally owed them came up to $132.00. What a great way to make money! I was tired and sick of dealing with this bank, so I paid the fee and closed my account.

    There are a lot of fees when you deal with U.S. Bank. I was charged $15.00 for receiving an incoming Wire Transfer.
