Plenty
I received terrible service from Kitchens Direct throughout. Constant mistakes were made with kitchen fitting. They are very unhelpful, and they drag things out... the list is never ending. A 2 day kitchen fit is dragging on to 9 weeks now. Refund due on items returned has not been paid back to us. We have had constant stress, distress, frustration, and an ever increasing telephone bill, after an average of 45 minutes on hold every time we try to get the unhelpful 'project manager' on the phone, who made us feel like we were a complete hassle, when all we wanted was our kitchen to be finished when they said they would finish it. You also have to pay up front, so we have nothing to bargain with to get them to finish our kitchen.
