Good Points

Seems good value compared to High street shops. Also covers a lot.


Bad Points

Seemingly impossible to contact. I took out cover on a new contract phone. One day later phone was replaced due to fault, tried to contact them to give new details. \after four phone calls cut off I was told to wait about four weeks to update. (what happens if I had a claim in this time!) Could not update and had no record of me, despite paying upfront and the money taken off.


General Comments

After a promising start, fell by the wayside when it really matters.
