General Comments

I bought a Lacie 1TB in July 2006, but the drive had a failure. Their website advised it would take +/-3 weeks to check, and I was told to buy another one. They would refund once the problem had been confirmed. I bought a new drive and it arrived okay. After 4 weeks I phoned E PC Buyer for my refund, and I was advised that Accounts would refund. After months of calls and emails I got nothing. I even threatened to take to the Ombudsman as the E PC Buyer site said that they conformed to the Ombudsman. No response from ePCBuyer. April 2007: Ticket has now been removed with no refund.
