We would find it virtually impossible to fault this venue, from the initial meeting to our wedding day itself. We are so pleased that the service and courtesy of the whole team matched the expectations created by this stunning venue.
Bad Points
We would have loved to have made use of the beauty treatments in the luxurious new spa, but sadly they were fully booked all weekend.
General Comments
We are amazed that such an idyllic setting has been transformed into a wedding venue of the highest quality. We would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to any bride to be. We were very lucky with the weather on the day, and the team at the Menzies Welcombe Hotel Spa & Golf Club in Stratford upon Avon moved our drinks reception out onto the terrace - what a view! They really helped make our day!
The meal was great, and the service was excellent as well - we really couldn't fault it!
If you're thinking of this venue, be sure to ask for bedroom 132 - it is a beautiful 4 poster overlooking the gardens.
