Good Points

Interest if you were ever able to open an account


Bad Points

There customer service is terrible. Having tried to open an account on line it took a week for them to send out a letter then each time I phoned to follow up nobody had any idea about the application and were extremely rude.


General Comments

I would definately not use the Alliance and Leicester Savings Account, if they cant deal with customer queries in a friendly manner then I have no confidence in them at all.
