Bad Points

I called to terminate my car insurance and asked for it to be terminated at the end of the month. I called to question why I'd received the cheque two weeks earlier than the end date and they'd already terminated my insurance. I'd been driving for 1 week with no car insurance and during this time my car had been left in an Airport car park for 2 night due to a business trip. I was disgusted and the team were rubbish at calling me back or helping me get it resolved even though when they listened to the phone call recording of me cancelling it was clear they were in the wrong


General Comments

If you go with Asda Price Search, when you decide to cancel you policy - ask for written confirmation or an email regarding the end date and repeat you end date two or three times within the initial phone call to cancel. Customer Service at this company is awful
