Did NOT look like what was published.


General Comments

The flowers positively did not look like what was published!! Very poorly arranged.
I emailed 800 I Love You online florists, with a picture of the actual delivered flowers, and they only sent a customary (pre-written) computer generated letter.

Very very disappointing!
