General Comments
29/1/2007: I ordered a 3 drawer beach effect filing cabinet.
20/2/2007: Delivered 2 weeks after it was promised. I then spent 2 hours assembling it, only to discover one of the doors was missing. I called their 0870 customer service number to arrange for the missing part to be sent.
6/3/2007: Not a word from Furniture at Work. I call them again, they promise it will be looked into.
13/3/2007: Man in a van turns up with a large package. It turns out to be completely the wrong part. Call Furniture@Work to arrange for this to be replaced.
18/4/2007. Not a word from F@W. Ask for me money back. Will collect in '7 days', then they'll refund my money. That remains to be seen.
I wish I'd checked Review Centre first!
www.saynoto0870.com gives an alternative to the 0870 number. This works, and seems to be answered quicker.
