General Comments
I have been a Onetel customer for many years, but since they have been taken over by TalkTalk the service has gone for from bad to worse. On one occasion in the last year the server went down for at least 3 days. Since then the mail server has gone down regularly. The overseas help centre is appalling. Once when I couldn't get a connection, I rang the call centre (on the charging number) and was taken through various procedures to get me back on-line, taking about 45 minutes. Finally being told to re-run my Onetel software. I then discovered that the server had been down, and all the supposed help was an entire waste of time. Their own support team didn't know the server was down!
It also took me 14 days to get a MAC code!!
