Excellent bouquet, delivered on time.
Customer service follow up was excellent.
None at all.
All internet businesses (and many High Street ones) could learn a lot from Arena Flowers. Excellent customer service skills (they actually seem as if they care and personalise responses, as opposed to standard letters). Good quality product delivered on time.
