Delivered exactly what I ordered and the glasses were a perfect fit.
Bad Points
The glasses I wanted were not in stock at the time of ordering and I had to wait 3 weeks (although this was explained to me via telephone and the glasses were sent very promptly once available).
General Comments
I really like my new glasses. I had gone through the usual (habit) way of ordering a previous pair from my local optician and, although I was happy with the result, the costs was 10 times what I paid for a similar pair on Glasses Direct.
Glasses Direct staff were very helpful on the phone and explained the likely delay clearly to me (and didn't cash my cheque until the pair were despatched!)
Hard to find any fault really, and I anticipate ordering a new pair soon!
