They say 'no contract', but when I tried to cancel our billing, nothing happened. They say you get a free phone adaptor, but this is not always true, but you only find out after you have subscribed. They say you get a no quibble money back guarantee - we wrote and emailed, and we still can't get a refund. No contract - no risk? Please!
Read the small print on your Vonage contract...
