Perfect for colder climate. Handles well on snow, mud, ice . Lots of power, great sound, great loading door gets out of the way. Dependable and solid.
Very stiff ride, my wife loves to drive it but tough to drink a coffee on the road. High /Low shifter button poorly located. Drivers coffee-cup holder after thought. Had to replace the fuel tank under warranty as there were sensors that failed.
I love the Mercedes Benz G Class G55 AMG and I think I will always have one. It is one of those vehicles that always gives me a chuckle as I walk up to it. It has never let me down to date. Safe drive. Stealthy not many know what it is or what it is capable of. There is beauty in simplicity. We recently had a blizzard of historical proportions and I pulled out 4-5 trucks and vans on my way to rescue my grandchildren from school, the city was shut down due to 3-5 foot drifts and white out conditions. This truck gets it done in many ways.
